Brushing
Brush twice a day, morning and night, using a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Chose a brush size that allows you to reach all tooth surfaces. Treat yourself to a new toothbrush every three or four months or sooner if the bristles become worn, splayed or frayed. A hard, brittle brush can injure your gums.
